Symptoms of Anxiety
Are you always worried about things working out? Do you grind your teeth? Do you grind your teeth at night and not know it? These are signs of anxiety.
Probably the biggest sign of anxiety is that you can't sit back and relax. Do your friends tell you to just take a chill. That's a good sign your too anxious. Anxiety is really a lack of faith that things will work out. It helps a lot to just be more optimistic and try and focus on the good things. If that doesn't work, play out how bad things will be if something really does happen. For example, if the neighbor gets mud on your driveway how will that really affect your life. Through reason you can talk things through and realize that most worries aren't that important.
If your anxiety is really bad, you will get heart palpitations, clammy hands, and feel all the feelings of a panic attack. If this is you, change things right away. If you are too stressed, stop and go on a vacations. If you have the means, go to a therapist and you should always talk it out with a friend.
